Premier Access Coverage Availability & Fees
As a national dental insurer that provides PPO and PCN plans, Premier Access provides access to preventive, restorative, and orthodontic care. You shouldn’t expect your plan’s details to be the same as someone else’s, but there are some similarities in coverage:
- Preventive Dentistry (i.e., oral exams, cleanings, fluoride, etc.) – 100% coverage
- Basic Restorative Dentistry (i.e., periodontics, dental fillings, root canals, etc.) – 90% coverage for PPO
- Major Restorative Dentistry (i.e., dental crowns, dental bridges, dentures, etc.) – 70% coverage
- Orthodontics – 50% coverage
